Who We Are
Viscera Energy is building a team of engineers and commercial professionals with deep energy sector experience. We are a small, technically-led organisation — every hire matters.
The company was founded by Modupe Famurewa, FNSE, on the principle that OEM authority and engineering operations competence belong in the same organisation. That principle extends to how we hire: we look for people who have done the work, know the equipment, and understand the operating environment — not generalists who can learn on the job at a client's expense.
We operate across Nigeria and West and Central Africa, with a Texas affiliate supporting international business. Field assignments are a reality of this work — the projects are where the value is, and the team travels to deliver them.

Where We Work
Viscera Energy is headquartered at 186 Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos — one of the city's established business addresses. Day-to-day commercial, procurement, and technical coordination operates from this office.
The Texas affiliate supports international procurement and business development. Some roles with an international commercial focus may require periodic US engagement.
Active project markets include Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Senegal, Cameroon, and Ivory Coast. Project engineers and procurement leads will deploy to client sites and supplier facilities across the region.
Angola, Cameroon, and Kuwait represent active business development markets. Applicants should be comfortable with multi-country assignments on a project basis.
Viscera Energy is based in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria, with a Texas affiliate. We work across West and Central Africa. Applicants should be comfortable with field assignments across multiple countries. We do not support relocation to Lagos for junior roles. For senior hires, relocation support is discussed case by case.
