01 Source
OEM-authorised supply with factory documentation, SONCAP compliance, and full certification trace. The chain of custody from factory to field — unbroken.
Why OEM-Led Procurement Matters
When a valve or compressor fails in the field, the question is never just "what failed?" It is "who supplied it, under what authority, and where is the paperwork?" A project that cannot answer those questions in under an hour has a liability it may not have priced.
Viscera Energy sources directly from OEM agreements. This means every item we supply is traceable to the factory that made it — with the material test certificates, conformance certificates, Factory Acceptance Test reports, and calibration records to prove it. Not copies. Not secondary documentation. The originals.
For operators and EPCs working in regulated environments — NUPRC-regulated Nigerian upstream, IFC-financed infrastructure, IOC-led FEED projects — this matters at every gate review. The Viscera advantage is simple: we are the authority on the equipment we supply, not a step removed from it.
Our OEM network spans thirty manufacturers across twelve countries — including Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, Poland, Turkey, Italy, USA, Germany, India and China. Each relationship is a direct agreement: distribution, agency, or sole authorisation. When you buy through Viscera, you buy at source.
Every supply comes with full factory documentation — MTCs, CoCs, FAT reports, calibration records, and warranty documentation direct from the manufacturer.
Equipment Categories
From single-valve requisitions to multi-package procurement programs — all under direct OEM authority.
Documentation Standards
Every supply item is accompanied by documentation that is complete, traceable, and legally defensible. Not a summary — the originals.
EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certificates from the mill or foundry for all pressure-retaining materials. Provided for every valve body, pipe, fitting and structural element.
Manufacturer's declaration that goods conform to the applicable specification, standard and purchase order requirements. Signed by the manufacturer's quality representative.
Factory test records for valves, compressors, generators and instrumentation — including witnessed and unwitnessed test protocols. Third-party inspection coordination available on request.
Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme (SONCAP) certificates and Nigeria Customs Service Pre-Arrival Assessment Reports (NCS-PAAR) — required for Nigerian importation — coordinated as part of the supply process.
