Industries
From wellhead to consumer — Viscera Energy provides OEM-authorised equipment supply and engineering support across four energy sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.
Sector 01
Upstream operations demand equipment that performs in the harshest environments — high-pressure, high-temperature wellhead systems, corrosive process media, and remote deployment conditions where failure has severe consequences. Viscera Energy's direct OEM relationships span the static and rotating equipment categories critical to upstream production.
We supply and support equipment for production platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels, wellhead assemblies, and trunk line systems. Each supply is factory-direct — with the documentation, traceability, and warranty support that upstream operators require for equipment qualification.
Active upstream markets: Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea. Equipment categories include valves (gate, ball, butterfly, check), actuators, flow control, pressure vessels, piping and fittings, instrumentation, and pipeline integrity inspection tools.
Sector 02
Gas transmission infrastructure in West Africa operates in a regulatory and technical environment that demands precision. Custody transfer metering systems must meet fiscal accuracy standards; pipeline pressure regulation must match network operating conditions; compression must be maintained to sustain throughput. These are not roles for secondary-chain suppliers.
Viscera Energy has direct OEM relationships with manufacturers of CTMS metering systems, pressure regulation and metering stations (PRMS), and compression equipment — and delivered the NGIC Custody Transfer Metering System procurement project, a technically complex scope requiring OEM-authorised supply and engineering integration in the Nigerian gas network.
Gas transmission, LNG feedgas systems, and interconnector pipelines are active areas. Equipment covered includes flow computers, ultrasonic and Coriolis metering, pressure control valves, gas chromatographs, SCADA-interfaced instrumentation, and compression packages.
Sector 03
Power generation in Sub-Saharan Africa spans grid-connected plant, captive power for industrial facilities, and distributed generation for remote operations. Each context has distinct equipment requirements — and each demands reliable supply from manufacturers who stand behind their product.
Viscera Energy supplies diesel generating sets, solar integration equipment, power plant ancillary systems, and fuel handling infrastructure. The LPE3 project — a landmark power generation engagement — represents the depth of technical scope the company brings to this sector.
Beyond generation, Viscera Energy supplies the ancillary equipment that keeps power plant operations running: cooling systems, fuel management, electrical protection, transformers, switchgear, and instrumentation. OEM-direct supply with factory documentation and warranty support as standard.
Sector 04
Industrial facilities — refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG terminals, water treatment plants, large commercial buildings — require a broad equipment range managed to exacting standards. The same OEM-led supply discipline that applies in upstream oil and gas applies here: traceability, warranty, certified documentation, and engineering support.
Viscera Energy's industrial scope includes HVAC systems for offshore, onshore, and commercial facilities; water treatment and management systems; petrochemical process equipment; and building services infrastructure for large-scale industrial sites.
The company's OEM network includes manufacturers of HVAC equipment (Turkey-based), water treatment systems, and process plant ancillary equipment across multiple European and Asian countries — enabling a single-source supply solution for multi-discipline industrial projects.
